Hey Book worms 🙂

It’s Tuesday and it’s time for another TTT Post and this is going to be a beautiful one … Because there are so many books that awaken my travel bug. I live in India and I have never stepped out of the country but I also have a deep love for travel. I have always wanted to go to all those typical tourist destinations like London, Paris and New York. I also used to watch a lot of travel and food shows and these helped in cultivating my love for travel. Books and movies also help in awakening my travel bug , so here are a few which influenced me and made me want to travel.

June 12: Books That Awaken the Travel Bug In Me

Here are few of those Amazing reads:

Anna and the French Kiss

I totally fell in love with this book as it shows Paris in such a beautiful way. Paris is not just about Eifel Tower but something more magical. I love Paris just like Anna.

Isla and the Happily Ever After

This is also a beautiful travel YA .It covers 3 places, Paris, Barcelona and New York . And that’s what makes the book so beautiful .

Paper Towns

Thus is not a typical book. But when Quentin decides to find Margo and then goes on a beautiful road trip with his friends. That part was really exciting and  memorable for me. Since then ,I always wanted to go on a road trip with my friends.

The Fault in Our Stars

Well Hazel and Augustus go to Amsterdam and go all the beautiful places . I also want to be a part of something like that. Also Amsterdam has a lot to offer . Recently I read The Summer of Us, which is an ARC I received and it is basically about five friends going on a European trip visiting many places and Amsterdam was one of them. Hence I really want to go there someday.

The Astonishing Color of After

Well, Leigh travels to Taiwan to get to know her roots after her mother’s suicide . She got to know Taiwan like never before. I had added this place in my future visiting place even before I finished the book.

13 Little Blue Envelopes

I haven’t read the book yet . But I have it on my Kindle and plant to read it ASAP . I totally loved the synopsis of a girl travelling all over the Europe and finding blue envelopes which her Aunt has left behind.

Dracula

I read this book couple of years ago. I don’t remember much but the eerie Transylvania still haunts me . Maybe I’ll go there someday just to check on Count Dracula.

Around the World in 80 Days

This is one of my Favorite classics . It awakened in me the love of travelling. I so want to do an around-the-world trip with my friends and sister.
