1. How many books is too many in a series?
Um, I think more than three. I generally like trilogies better because any more books in a particular series and I am really doubtful whether to buy the first book as I don’t want to wait a whole year to read the next book.

2. How do you feel about cliffhangers?
I love cliffhangers. They help to keep the story intriguing and add suspense . But I like them in the middle of the book, not at the end, because it is torture for the readers, who just want to know what happened!

3. Hardback or Paperback?
Definitely paperbacks. I mean the truth I like them so much is that they are cheaper and more economical . Also I love how soft and comfortable they are to hold.

4. Favorite book?
This a a really tricky question. Ok some books which are very dear to my heart are Fangirl (written by Rainbow Rowell) and Everything Everything (written by Nicola Yoon).IMG_20171216_141206_667.jpg

5. Least Favorite book?

No such book. I mean no such book has ever irked me so much that I put it on my least favourite list. If I absolutely have to mention names, I’ll say We are Liars written by E. Lockhart.

6. Love Triangles, yes or no?
Yesss! It makes the story more interesting and keeps us on our toes. But I don’t like love triangles being stretched to more than one book as it becomes very annoying.

7. The most recent book you couldn’t finish?
Hmm , it has to be The Revenge wears Prada . It was just plain boring.

8. A book you’re currently reading?

It is The Shape of Water by Guillermo del Toro. I bought it only yesterday and I finished ACOMAF yesterday so it’s next.IMG_20180424_170830_452.jpg

9. The last book you recommended to someone?

Because when I write reviews , I am basically recommending books so it has to be Smoke Thieves by Sally Green. Here is a link to my review. I have mixed feelings about it because it was so so long and tedious to read at times, but the book managed to improve at the last parts.

10. The oldest book you’ve read?

Sense and Sensibility written by Jane Austen. Second oldest will be Pride and Prejudice ( written by the same author) , which was published in 1813.

11. Newest book you’ve read?

Smoke Thieves by Sally Green.

12. Favorite Author?

Rainbow Rowell.

13. Buying books or borrowing books?

Borrowing because it enables one to enjoy hidden gems and read more books in general. Also, I can’t really buy many books because they are so expensive.

14. A book you dislike that everyone seems to love?

I don’t normally hate books, but I couldn’t really connect with We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. I just didn’t enjoy reading it.

15. Bookmarks or dog ears?

Haha , I will say a combination of both. I also sometimes memorize page numbers but that is not always effective! No, but many a times I will just surf through to get to the right page.

16. A book you can always re-read?

It has to be Fangirl and classics like Jane Eyre and P &P. Whenever I pick them, the always resonate with me. Also I read a lot of Enid Blyton in my childhood so I like re-reading her books, particularly Adventure series, Famous Five and Malory Towers, even though it’s children fiction.

17. Can you read while listening to music?

Nah, it’s too distracting. I like silence when I am reading books. I don’t even read more than one book simultaneously as I know I will get muddled about the stories.

18. One POV or multiple POVs? (POV = point of view)

One POV is fine but multiple POV’s add a much-needed perspective to some books.

19. Do you read a book in one sitting or over multiple days?

I wish I could read a book in one sitting. But no, I can’t because I have school and homework and studying and a million other tasks to complete and also, I like to savour books, which reading in multiple sittings allow.

20. A book you’ve read because of the cover?

All! Okay I am just joking here , but the first thing that one notices about a book is the cover. Even when I am requesting books on Netgalley, the more visually-appealing ones are more likely to be chosen than the ones with a boring or no-so-appealing cover.

I normally atleast check on Goodreads before buying or reading any book. But sometimes I just buy on impulse , like the Sun is Also a Star by Nicola Toon. It had a beautiful cover.
