  1. I enjoyed Everything Everything a lot. The writing is simple, yet so poetic and delivers Maddy’s emotions so well. The format is very unique, too. I love the whimsical tone of the book, I hope you’ll enjoy this as much as I did 🙂

    1. I am halfway through it and yes, the format is so unique with so many interesting illustrations. I am beginning to love it despite so many loopholes in it .

  2. I’ll Give You the Sun is so emotional and heartbreaking and heartwarming all at the same time. It’s just a really beautiful book! I also recommend the audio book version because they use two different voice actors for the two different narrators and it’s really great. 🙂

  3. I really enjoyed “Everything, Everything”. The language was so beautiful and the layout was interesting. It wasn’t the most amazing story or anything and the ending was a little weird…but there was just SOMETHING about this book that made me really enjoy it.

    1. Yeah you are right about the beaulanguage. It is so enjoyable to read that one quite forgets the negative things about it.

  4. I’ll Give You The Sun looks pretty. I’ll add it to my TBR. I put The Sun is Also a Star on hold because I can’t bring myself to finish it. I also did the same to We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. I’m currently reading Fireworks by Katie Cotugno.

      1. I got as far as Daniel and Natasha meeting in The Sun is Also a Star but I realized I wasn’t enjoying the book and it was making me upset for some reason.

We Were Liars seemed like a very heavy read and it made me feel tired every time I tried reading a few chapters. I was initially interested because of the nice things people said about it, but eventually I realized I wasn’t liking the reading experience overall.
